Returns & Refunds Policy

If you wish to return any item after you have received your order, you may do so within 14 days of the date of invoice. Items can be exchanged or refunded provided they are unopened in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any fresh, chilled or frozen items.

IMPORTANT! Due to BREXIT, we currently cannot offer return service to EU customers.

*Please note that if you return any item due to a change of mind, you are liable for any return postage costs and postage costs for exchange of items.

Broken or damaged item
We try to ensure all parcels are packaged well but in the event that an item in your parcel is broken or damaged during transit, please contact us IMMEDIATELY within 30 days so we can investigate the cause.

We require below photos in order for us to start enquires to claim back postage and items costs from our couriers. From this we can then either replace or refund you an item.

  1. the condition of the boxes you received
  2. the damaged/broken item

Incorrect or missing item
In the unlikely event that an item from you order is incorrect or missing, please contact us straight away and inform our team which item(s) are missing. From this we will send you the correct item and we will be liable for any extra postage costs. We may also ask you to send back the incorrect item for which we will cover postage costs.

If you are not happy with the item, we are happily to issue a refund but please post the items back to our warehouse at your own cost.

Once we have receive the items, we will issue a refund to you within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued back to the card that was used to pay for the original order. 

Frozen items – please understand we are unable to accept return/refund on the frozen items due to the hygiene reason.
